1. Who we are

2. The products

We sell eau de parfum bottled in small batches. Our perfumes are our own creations, inspired by well-known scent profiles. They are not the original products of the houses we name and they are not affiliated with them. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe a scent profile.

Images and colours are illustrative. The exact composition and the allergen list are printed on each product pack.

The products are for external use on the skin only. They are not intended for people under 16 without a parent's consent.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on the English storefront are displayed in EUR, converted from our RON catalogue prices. Romanian prices are displayed in RON (lei). Prices include every applicable tax. The checkout shows the currency and final amount charged. Any delivery cost is shown before you complete the order.

The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If a price is wrong because of a technical error, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel free of charge.

Payment is taken online by our payment processor. We never store your card details.

4. How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation by email.

We may refuse an order if the product is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund any amount taken in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver in Romania and across the European Union. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and never exceeds 30 days from confirmation.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you physically receive the parcel.

6. Withdrawal and guarantees

You have 14 days to change your mind, and the products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Full details are on the Returns and guarantees page.

7. Liability

We are liable for direct loss caused by our failure to meet our contractual obligations. We are not liable for individual reactions to fragrance: test on a small patch of skin first and stop using the product if irritation appears.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photography, labels and visual identity on this site are ours. They may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.

9. Governing law and complaints

The contract is governed by Romanian law. If you have a complaint, write to us first at hello@spritz.ro.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the version published when you placed it. The last review date is shown at the top of this page.
