Returns, guarantees and complaints

You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason needed, and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Here is exactly how it works.

1. The 14-day withdrawal right

Under Romanian GEO 34/2014 (EU Consumer Rights Directive), you may withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of physically receiving the products, without giving a reason and without penalty.

Tell us with a clear statement, by email to return@spritzperfumes.com or through the return form on this site. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to GEO 34/2014, but you do not have to.

2. Sending it back and getting refunded

Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return shipping unless we say otherwise in a campaign.

We refund every amount received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we have the products back or proof that you sent them. We refund using the same payment method you used.

You are only responsible for any reduced value of the products caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them.

3. Exceptions

The law excludes withdrawal for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed. An unsealed, used perfume can fall into that category, but our commercial policy is more generous: we accept the return if the product has not been significantly used. Write to us and we will find a solution.

4. Legal guarantee of conformity

Under Romanian GEO 140/2021, products carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product is not in conformity you may ask for it to be brought into conformity, for a price reduction, or to end the contract, as provided by law.
